Zach was courteous yet professional. My knee surgery went off without a hitch and the recovery time was quicker than expected. I am so glad I had my surgery and that Dr Hamby did the procedure.
Thank you for your kind words about Dr. Z Hamby.

I'm a 52 year old female with a lot of health problems; the biggest of which is secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. I took a pretty good fall & broke my arm & completely dislocated my ring finger on my other hand. Dr. Hamby took his time with me, & took all my other health issues into consideration, which due to my age & poor health was much longer than usual. He was never in any hurry, answered all of my questions, & was on top of everything the whole time.
Thank you for your wonderful comments about Dr. Hamby.

I was having major pain in my right shoulder and figured it was time to have surgery to correct the problem. I talked to several friends who had shoulder surgery and they all said that Dr. Hamby was the best choice. I saw Dr. Hamby on 5/8 and he said surgery was not necessary. I administered a shot on my back that eliminated the pain. I was able to work at a camp for kids for 10 days, pain free and even played golf several times. I would recommend Dr. Hamby for all your orthopedic needs.

Dr. Hambey was super sweet to me and my brother. He did both my ankle surgery and knee surgery on my brother, we couldn't have had a better experience!

Wonderful doctor, took excellent care with my surgery. Very professional and caring.
in Calhoun, KY |
I had repair of a meniscus on my knee and was so happy with how quickly I recovered. By the second day, I did not even need pain medication. I have had 4 procedures done at Tri State Orthopedics including my knee, bilateral carpal tunnel and a steroid injection in my neck, and every procedure has been an easy recovery.
in Norris City, IL |
Dr. Hamby was very kind and took time to answer all my questions. I did not have to wait long for my meniscus repair, 1 week from diagnosis until on my way home from the surgery center.

Dr. Zachery Hamby is not only an excellent surgeon, he also is very very easy to talk to. He doesn't try to rush you through but takes the time to answer your questions and concerns. He has a great deal of compassion and I feel genuinely cares about his patients, their health, and their rehabilitation. He is very positive and encouraging. I am recommending him to those I know needs his expertise and hope he is still practicing when I need my other knee replaced.

Dr. Hamby is very easy to talk to and he explains everything in a manor that you can understand. He listens to what you have to say and takes it into consideration.
in Evansville, IN |
Briefly saw Dr Hamby for severe arm pain. No hands on assessment of arm performed such as palpation or different range of motion techniques to pinpoint source of pain or injury. X-ray of elbow done before seeing doctor, man who ordered it wasn't Hamby and didnt intro himself. I never said elbow hurt. Doctor Hamby told me nothing broke and vaguely answered my questions, told me to take steroid. Gave no home care instruction such as pain control techniques for inflammation (heat, ice, etc).
in Boonville, IN |
Slipped on ice broke my leg and ankle, Dr. Hamby explained surgery to me, answered all my questions. Dr. Hamby is a very personable Doctor. Hopefully I will not break anymore bones, but if I do I will ask for Dr. Hamby. Great Doctor!
in Evansville, IN |
I was very please with the outcome of my surgery. Dr. Hamby was very informative and explained in detail what he would be doing to address my meniscus tear. My recovery time was very minimal. He is very personable and friendly. I will definitely choose him again for any surgeries I may need in the future.

My daughter had two sports injuries that Dr. Hamby operated on. His staff was very accommodating after hours and quick to get back with us. They were professional and there for us during a very traumatic year in our lives. He was supportive and encouraging. I would recommend Dr. Hamby and his staff to anyone. They have been wonderful to our family....my daughter will be able to continue to play the sports that she loves because of them! Thank you!

He is amazing. He has lead me to be strong with my knee and he is a great surgeon. Very helpful and supportive.
in Evansville, IN |
Dr, Hamby is an excellent doctor. He explained everything prior to my surgery; about what he expects to do and what I could expect after surgery. After surgery he explained that there was more damage than originally thought, but assured me that my shoulder would heal nicely. After 3 months of hard physical therapy, I now have more range of motion and no pain.
