Yvonne J. Braver, MD, graduated from Emory University School of Medicine in 1996, and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Emory in 1999. She moved to Cleveland with her husband in 2000 where she was staff physician, Program Director of the Primary Care Track Residency Training Program, and Associate Program Director of the Internal Medicine Training Program at The Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Braver practiced Primary Care Internal Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic until 2013, where she received The Cleveland Magazine "Best Doctor" designation. She moved to Tampa, Florida with her husband and 3 children in 2013. She accepted the position of Program Director at Brandon Regional Hospital, where she has created its new Internal Medicine Residency Training Program. Brandon Regional Hospital welcomes its first class of 20 residents on July 1, 2015.
