I went to her in Feb to get Procedures Blepharoplasty. Lady doing test was very rude because my eye keep moving when doing test. l. after surgery was done and I went back. I advd her my eyelids were still droopy. She said give it time. I called about 6 weeks later and was told it take about 2 moth to heal right.called a month later and the dr sd sh would not take any more skin or fat from my eyes. I can see a little bit better but in less than 10 yrs it will have to be done again not with her

Everytime you turn around there is someone new working there. In two years, there have been six office managers, four check in staff members and I cannot count the number of techs. I guess this is why doctor is only one in practice she cannot get along with anyone on her staff.
Had an appointment with Dr. Radionchenko today. The technician "Judy", did not have much patience for me. Some of the lense swaps seemed to look about the same to me, but it agitated her that I was not a more "simple/easy" patient. I've had astigmatism all my life, but Dr. Radionchenko completely missed it. I am borderline glaucoma and she missed that too. Dr. Radionchenko was a pleasant person, but I do not recommend her for eye care.
Lexington, KY |
Unbelievably unprofessional. After telling my cancer-surviving sister that she has colon cancer based on an eye exam, her primary care physician called Radionchenko to find out what happened. Radionchenko responded by calling my sister directly and berating her for telling her primary care physician that she was told she may have colon cancer. This woman cares nothing about her patients.

Dr Radiochenko is very professional, caring and concerned and extremely thorough. I was completely surprised at how much time each visit took. It also seemed to me she treats everyone equal. I recently had 2 cataract surgeries within 3 weeks. Her professionalism is also reflected in all the staff I met from the receptionist to the technicians. I am recommending her to all my friends.

Very much impressed by this lady. She was great to talk with and answered all my questions patiently. This is the first major health issue and I am very blessed to have had excellent professional care near home
in Greensboro, NC |
She is professional, personable, thorough, friendly, patient, an excellent communicator, cares about her patients and treats them with kindness and respect, is genuinely committed to the eye care of older people as well as young. I have been her patient for several years and I have nothing but confidence in her desire to serve her patients with the most up to date medical advances.
