As always Dr. An listened with care and demonstrated a personal interest in my well being. He speaks with authority about treatment options. He obviously has a wonderful grasp of all things related to the human ear and gives concise, easy to understand explanations when questions are asked.

Dismissive, talks fast. Intelligent , no doubt. Be careful of the $400.00 nasal endoscopy procedure that take literally 2 seconds. Price will not be disclosed, only that it may or may not be covered under insurance plan. I do not feel I was properly informed, had severe headache for months and found it difficult to make a snap decision on the spot with MD and device in hand. Treated with antibiotics as first line of treatment, so I don't believe it was truly necessary. Wait til 2nd visit!

Dr. An was extremely dismissive and talked to me like I was a child. If he had actually listened to my complaint (pressure in right ear affecting hearing) and engaged in discussion with me, I wouldn't have lost so much time. I wish I had requested to see another doctor in the practice that day, considering I had a $50 copay for less than 5 minutes of this man's time. Of all the MDs I've ever seen, Dr. An was the most disrespectful & insulting. Don't go to him if you need actual treatment.

I've never recieved nothing less than top notch at any of my visits. Dr. An is always attentive and open to working with you on finding the best treatment for long term relief. Had no issues with my prior surgery he preformed in 2013 and I'm sure he will get me on the right track again..

He is very dismissive and seems almost like a robot. I had a severe sinus infection that eventually landed me in the hospital and i went to him for a follow-up and he did nothing. I have decided to look for another ent doctor for my problem.

Dr An in not empathetic to his patients. Talks too fast and does not care to listen fully, just shakes his yes and goes "uhmmm". Then speaks fast again. Felt like I was just a number to him.

Dr. An is knowledgeable and kind. You must make your needs known for the best service. These ratings are based on an aggregate of interaction. He is prompt in his office. There was a better and different vibe from Fayetteville to Stockbridge setting.

I saw Dr. An after experiencing ear stuffiness and hearing loss for about 3 weeks. I had tried home remedies which did not help at all. Finally, I did some research and selected Dr. Han. He suctioned my ears and provided immediate relief without causing me any pain whatsoever!

Very disappointed. I have suffered for several years with a sleep exhalation blockage which starts about mid exhale, something in my throat, I suspect my uvula, suddenly snaps up blocking the air escape route through my nose. I can duplicate the blockage. It results in a pressure build up in my mouth usually resulting in a short blip of my lips opening to allow the air to escape with a sort of ?puff? sound. This Dr. only checked for inhalation blockage, he seemed to have no clue, no help at all.
