Patient satisfaction ratings and reviews are based on personal opinions. Before you choose any doctor you should take into account their background, training, specialized experience AND their patient satisfaction to ensure they are the right fit for you.
I received my Hematology and Medical Oncology training at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston/ TX and I also completed an additional subspecialty training in Blood and Marrow Transplantation at the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center/ also located in the Texas Medical Center/ Houston. My primary research interest is in the treatment of solid tumors/ such as breast cancer/ kidney cancer/ or gastrointestinal cancer and the potential to use stem cells or bone marrow transplantation as a treatment approach for solid tumor. I believe that the future trend in treating cancer is a multidisciplinary approach/ which combine the traditional modalities - surgery/ chemotherapy/ or radiation therapy/ with other newly developed modalities/ such as immunotherapy or target-specific treatment. The battle of fighting cancer is not easy. Combining all forces will be one of the key points toward the victory.Read more
