I am personally in sustained-long-term-remission and recovery from a combination of major mental illness and life-threatening addictive disorders.

very good wondeful person and really helped me turn my life around

Dr. Yasin Choudry has been a lifesaver for me. I began seeing him in 2008, and still continue to utilize his services. I find him to be compassionate, open-minded and honest, and quite resourceful. He is usually available via phone, and when otherwise occupied, returns calls in a very short time. Also, his rates are the most reasonable in the central Florida area. I highly recommend Dr. Choudry to anyone needing help with addictions,

Dr Choudry is extremely compassionate and listens to patients before establishing an individual plan for recovery. His passion for helping his patients is inspirational and encouraging. He is kind and nonjudgmental which allows patients to be completely honest and open. I think this is essential for long term recovery. He is fully committed to helping his patients and always responsive when you need to speak with him. If you need help you should definitely contact him. He will be there for you.

Dr. Choudry saved my life, literally. after being misdiagnosed by a Santa Fe Doctor [for bipolar disorder], I was prescribed Adderol,Vyvance,Prozac, Ativan,Depokote, etc. Next, the ER, for attempted suicide. I got lucky, Dr. C was on duty. He was kind but straight forward. He said there's no easy way out, I had to detox. it was brutal, but he promised to walk me through it. which he did every step of the way.Allowing me to reach him, anytime I needed him. Kindness, knowledge,he's my savior. MB
Rossville, IL |
While under censure by the New Mexico Medical Board for narcotics abuse, Yasin Choudry practiced psychiatry at St. Vincent's Hospital in Santa Fe. His treated my daughter who was suffering from an acute psychiatric problem was absolutely appalling. He failed every measure of professionalism that could be fit into our fifteen minutes together. His treatment of my daughter worsened her condition. Because he hoodwinked the medical staff, they were made complicit in his ineptness.

I have worked with Dr. Choudry as part of a psychiatric treatment team. He is a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor who takes the time to try to understand the patient's experience. While he can effectively prescribe medications, Dr. Choudry lays out a plan for healing that addresses past trauma and lifestyle as well as transpersonal concerns. He is especially effective with patients who want to use medications judiciously on their path to greater health.
Santa Fe, NM |
Dr. Choudry is a clear thinker who has the capacity to portray to his patients insight, and understanding of their psychological condition

He takes care of all the patients that other doctors do not want to treat. He is a good man.
