This was my very first visit with Dr Gurrapu. We clicked right away. She is very easy to talk to and listens to patients. I read her profile and my insurance also recommended her. I needed referrals to specialists and that was done before I left the office. My prescriptions were called the same day. I got a follow up appointment before I left the office. The front and back office staff are great and very friendly. No hassles with insurance. I would highly recommend her.
