She’s a very nice doctor. Her front desk staff is a mess. They cannot multitask. She needs 2 people to work on he phones as their only job, because they just ring and ring and they are short with you and don’t inquire on your needs. So my problem being the “New” self-injection I’m on has caused me countless complications. Not to mention, made my migraines 25 times worse. I’m my 3rd month into this medicine and am miserable, missing work, barely functioning, and the girl never asked.

To start the staff are so rude I almost walked out of my first visit. After that I was given a 95% positive diagnosis of a specific brain disease. I was sent for more test and when the results came back I was told I no longer have this diagnosis and she was completely uninterested in helping me at that point. I asked questions that she didn't answer and all she did was send me to other doctors to address what other possibilities could be.

She gave advise that was totally different to what my oncologist and radiologist gave. I had to go back to both of my Dr. to get an explanation. on what to do. Both Dr said she only reading the ct report she did not look at the scan. I decided to go with what my oncologist and radiologist told me to do. I then went to several other Dr to see what they thought. When I return to her for a follow up she was clearly angry that I didn't do what she said to do. I was upset and she was dismissive.

Dr Chennu has been my neurologist for two years. I am so satisfied and honored to be her patient that I have to write this review. Dr Chennu is very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. As of my first visit, she sent me to have all the tests done to be able to diagnose correctly. I am fortunate to have her as my neurologist: she ALWAYS sees her patients, there is no physician assistant to take her place, and that is GOLD!!!. Each time I see her, she is up to date with my info.

If you don't fit in a neat little box she has her mind made up. Not interested in hearing what you have to say if your don't have a diagnosis already this is not the person to go to. She referred me to every kind of other doctor just because in the past years of my life not recent I've seen some other neurologist. She said she could do no better. She was right! After extended periods of time new symptoms do come up and that is why my doctor referred me to her. I paid money for this.

Her bedside manner is terrible. She is rude and spends as little time with patients as possible. She goes out of her way to let you know that you have inconvenienced her. I literally have no idea how she got such a great review on this site because she is horrible! STAY AWAY!
