Dr forgot I was even in room. Once he noticed he forgot about me after a hour, he then rushed me out . He never asked me about my pain and didn’t explain in detail what was going on. He just rushed me. I felt profiled.

This doctor was the worst. Spent about 2 minutes with me before surgery and asked me what I think we should do. I thought that was his job. I went in for a scope to remove some fragments from my knee at 8:00 in the morning and he didn't see me until 4:00. He has everyone come in at 8:00 and when he gets to you, he gets to you. He made no effort to see me after and ended up seeing one of his staff again. On top of that, he's surly and rude. I would never see him again.

Probably would have had Dr. Liu do surgery on my shoulder had it not been for his surgery scheduler. He is rude and uncooperative. And refused to schedule surgery because I do not have a primary doctor. These physicians have no idea how their offices are being ran. So I am seeking another Ortho doctor.

All I can say is, WOW, what a Dr.! CLEARLY he HAD to have graduated first in EEVRYTHING. It was my very first surgery outside of a tonsillectomy and having wisdom teeth pulled. Lol. So I was nervous to have knee surgery hence why I put it off for nearly 2 years. But had I KNOWN it'd be this easy and FIX my pain and lots of popping, I'd have done it immediately after therapy did nothing for me, short few months. Gotta have other knee done now and I'm anxious to get that scheduled! ??

Dr Liu is a wonderful surgeon. I first saw him in 2012 with left hip issues. He was very frank and said I didn't need a new hip now but rather physical therapy. I saw him again for right knee problems and he performed arthroscopic surgery on that knee. I have no problems with that knee since then. I have just had total hip replacement and coming along fine.

Dr. Liu just replaced my left knee. He is an excellent physician and is sincerely interested in his patients and their recovery. His two physician assistants Karla and Megan are wonderful. My surgery and the recovery are going so much better than I anticipated and I believe it is because of Dr. Liu's professionalism, skill, his staff and their daily check ups via the internet. He is highly thought of by the hospital, their staff and the physical therapists. I highly recommend him!

I have only met him once before surgery and have been seeing his P.A. Meghan. She is very knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease with my care. All the nurses I met in the surgery center said even though Dr. Liu is shy he is the one that they would go see if they needed an ortho procedure.

Dr Liu 's office seems to be on top of everything. There is little waiting, he uses advance technology to keep in touch with his patients daily. With the Health loop monitoring after surgery there is no wondering if there is a problem. You always have instant contact. Orthoscopic knee surgery went very well. I would recommend Dr Liu to anyone. Outstanding job.

He has worked on both of my knees and done a fantastic job on them. Now that both are fixed, hopefully I won't need to see him as much when I am finished with PT. Dr. Liu is pretty awesome.

He was very professional and on top of what was happening with his patients. I felt everything was done correctly and by the book. I never waited more then 15 minutes at my appointments. I also felt he followed up with me daily after my surgery.

Dr. Liu and his team have always taken great care of me! They have seen me through several surgeries and each time the care was wonderful. He and the team make sure all my questions are answered before, during and after. I would not trust anyone else with any of my orthopedic needs.

Continued to have pain after procedure and he simply stated it must be arthritis. Would not do another MRI to check on the pain. Got a second opinion and found out my procedure had failed. Does not spend enough time with patients, and bedside manner is lacking. Had another procedure done on my knee by Dr. Liu. Was supposed to be a simple meniscus trim. However, when I came out of surgery he had done a microfracture procedure because I had a lesion on my knee. Couldn't see that on the MRI?
