I waited 2 months for an appointment but was patient because he was highly recommended. Received an automated call cancelling the appointment. I called the office and they said they would reschedule in 3 or 4 days. No call 3 weeks and counting. I sought out another physician.
in Springfield, OH |
At my first appointment with Dr. Zurick I was told he was running 3 hours late. I waited 3 1/2 hours to see him. My next appointment (today) I arrived on time and was told the Dr was running 3 hours late AGAIN!!! So I cancelled today's appointment and went home (2 1/2 hour round trip!!) This is totally unacceptable and rude!! It would have been nice to receive a phone call from his staff. He wasted my time and money to drive all that way. My time is valuable too. Im not rescheduling with him.
in New Albany, OH |
I was fortunate enough to encounter Dr Zerick when I was sent to the ER with acute neurological symptoms caused by a severe lumbar disc herniation. Dr. Zerick was on call and was able to perform the necessary surgery the following day (Sunday!!). He was thorough in his examination and explanation, allowed ample time for questions and provided satisfactory responses to all of said questions. I am very happy with the outcome of my procedure and highly recommend Dr. Zerick to any considering him

After seeing multiple Doctors, Dr Zerick identified problem and resolved via surgery. Very happy with the results.

My wife had brain surgery may 8 2015. She had two meninges removed. She suffered a stroke after surgery. We were told there was slight change of a stroke with any brain surgery. We have since learned there was an alternative other than surgery. She has a third one yet to be removed. There is a procedure called Gamma Knife radiation. We have seen another Doctor and this a procedure can be done. I wish we had been told about this so we could have possibly avoided her stroke.
