He is the best doctor HANDS DOWN. No matter what bad review you see on here which are not a lot, do not pay it any mind. People just want their issues to be more serious than it is. He’s a DOCTOR, he would know and treat you accordingly. He is a busy man and very smart/skilled at what he does. He knows what he’s doing and if the issue is serious or no big deal. He has done my ear surgery to replace a bone that greatly improved my hearing and is about to do another surgery on my ear and remove polyps in my sinuses. I would not trust my life with anyone else. He’s quick and he’s thorough. He’s very nice and funny. Trust the process. He’s the best!!

I have been seeing Dr. Turner for over 20 years. I have severe hearing loss and chronic sinusitis complicated with dysfunctional ear canals. I have also had nasal polyps and have problems with my voice. He has operated on my nose and sinuses at 6 times or more. Dr. Turner is friendly, explains things well, and listens to me. He is honest. He has told me there is not much more he can do for my nasal passage collapse except major reconstruction. Dr Turner has a sense of humor. One time he was running late. When he was finally able to see me, he came into the room. I said with a grin, “It is about time. What were you doing - taking a nap?” He laughed and apologized for the delay. I ask Dr. Turner every Spring when and where he is taking me on vacation. After all, I have paid him enough money. Every year he replies, ‘Never - I take a vacation to get away from you!’ Dr. Turner is very knowledgeable, skillful, patient, and a asset to the practice and Dayton.

Dr. Turner is the best! I have been going to ENT specialists for over 50 years, and I am very pleased with Dr. Turner. I had countless surgeries on my ears while growing up, and I found Dr. Turner after my lifelong ENT doctor retired. Dr. Turner was able to get back some of the hearing that I thought was gone forever! He is always friendly, explains things well, and has a very reassuring bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Turner!

We were referred to SW Ohio ENT from our pediatrician for our son's chronic ear infections. We were assigned to Dr. Turner and have been happy with the service and care we have received all around. Appointments were easy to make and generally ran on time. Dr. Turner and staff are good with kids (our son was <1 y/o at the start of treatment). Care was comprehensive and efficient and never felt rushed.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Turner. His explanation of my procedure was clear, and his estimation of my recovery was spot on. I am extremely satisfied with the results and have recommended him to several coworkers. It was also comforting to hear the positive comments of other medical professionals regarding Dr. Turner's work.

Dr Turner was recommended to me by a former coworker of mine. I've found him to be quite professional, sharp, and approachable. He's a kind doctor and I would highly recommend him. It's a super busy practice but the staff is all great and quite helpful and appear to be a good team.

I am baffled by the comments asserting that this man "listens" to his patients. Dr. Turner is a chronic narcissist that could care less what you think your problem is. Unable to pinpoint a readily observable cause to my sinusitis and subsequent eustachian tube blockage, this man ordered a CAT scan (even when one had been done 1 month prior) and was apparently unable to read it. So in desperation, he orders allergy testing. I've never been allergic to anything. Typical quack with an agenda.

I've been with Dr Turner for nearly 18 years. I can honestly say he is a fantastic doctor - the best in the Dayton area. I don't think trusting a different doctor with my ear disease would be possible as he has been through the highs and lows with me, and he has a kind heart.

I presented with pain starting on one side of my throat and shooting out my ear. The pain lasted 5 months. During this time I was in the hosp. due to dehydration & had tests performed including an Upper GI, MRI, brain scan, CAT scan, 2 Ultra sounds, blood work, hearing test, & was placed on 5 separate antibiotics. I went to 7 different doctors and none resolved my problem. Then came doctor #8, Dr. William Turner. During the first visit he nailed down the problem!! Great doctor!

Dr. Turner performed major surgery on my husband, so I know he is skilled. However, when I saw him for an appt he was totally disinterested and spent about 5 minutes with me. The most incomplete exam I have ever had. I try to give doctors the benefit of the doubt but he is terrible. If you do not have a disease he can write an article about then do not waste your time.
