Love the folks there. Very cool about letting you know about problems. When it gets hectic, they're in a buzz, but they seem to be able to handle it.
Alison Polston is helpful in finding the right medications that would work best. and also the nurse Vivian was also very helpful . also Melissa at the front desk was also very helpful all these 3 young ladys are awsome!

Dr. Doll, and the other folks, make the trip much easier by being really easy to talk too. Almost makes everything not feel like a doctor's visit! I will most definitely recommend to my friends.
in San Antonio, Tx |
Doctor (?) Kurt Lee is very professional, and very much uses his and your time wisely so you can go off and do other things. Going to the Doctor's is never an enviable action, but Dr. Lee makes it bearable, fast, and gives you very accurate understandings on what's wrong.
in Helotes, Tx |
Michael Reed is almost like hyper attentive to what's wrong, and gives nice feedback on what can be done before the need for things that could be super expensive.
in Dallas, TX |

In the 2+ years I have been going to Dr. Tisdall's office, I have seen him a total of ONCE! Since then, and during that first appointment, it has always been his P.A.
in Yorktown, TX |
Had my first visit with Dr. Tisdall & Mr. K. Lee PA this month but I learned more from these gentlemen, in 20-30 minutes, than in the previous 2.5 years with different pain management MD! The courteous, friendly staff was a refreshing experience, as well. Everyone treated me as a human being which I've not experienced in a long time.
in Devine, TX |
He LISTENED to my problems and gave me excellent care. Mike, the PA can be a little bit arrogant, but Dr. Tisdale really cares about the patients. I have used him for epidural steroid injections three times and have gotten more relief each time.
San Antonio, TX |
Dr. Tisdall listens to your goals for pain management and works with you to achieve those goals. I was NOT interested in taking medications as they make me sick. He found the root of my chronic low back pain and recommended Radio Frequency Ablation. This treatment has given me my life back!! He and his staff are very compassionate and when you are in pain, that is VITAL in a pain management setting.
in New Braunfels, TX |
Today was my first visit at Dr tisdalls office. From the first minute i came in door, i was greeted friendly, treated very well. From then on in it only got better, from the med assit zach talking my info, to the PA, I believe his name was Mr lee, to Dr Tisdall, i was treated well. This was all done on a very personal basis, not like just a name, and hurried out. Thanks to all.
in San Antonio, TX |
Doctor was informative and very through. I was very pleased with my first visit.
in San Antonio, TX |
