A good experience with him, had back surgery and successful. He took the time to listen and he heard and understood me. The PA and assistants were also very efficient.

Dr Snyder was in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes. Did not look at paperwork that was required for me to complete with current symptoms. Was walking out the door while I was still asking questions.

Dr. Snyder seems knowledgeable. The office is terrible to deal with---one message a day and never a call back. Never received any report back from studies done. Frustrating and disappointing. The PA that came in for the visit was rude, lacked compassion and empathy. Overall experience was horrible and will be changing to another neurosurgery practice because of the bad experience.

Snyder was nice but not very clear. Skills seem proficient. Another MD there met more then Snyder was nice and thorough. Was advised by someone informed that Dr. Killefer was the one to see. Have to call & leave messages 3X to get an appt. No automated way to change or confirm appts. Some staff seem like they just want to leave. You can hear them talk about you in hallway & ask sign in time in hopes of canceling & leaving early. They don't follow up messages. Talk to a human or it wont get done
