I was finally able to get a referral over to UNM spine care after getting the run around at Presbyterian for 1 1/2 years after surgery performed there. I was in tears when Dr. Rivers walked in wanting answers. This is the first doctor who actually had some compassion and finally gave me some options! He was a breath of fresh air after dealing with chronic back pain for over 2 years. I haven’t had any procedures done with him yet, but based on my 1st appt with him I would fully trust him!
