Dr. Phillips II' bio

This content was provided by Dr. Phillips II "I recognize and respect that some patients may view a visit to any doctor as an unpleasant experience. A graduate of the University of Southern California where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in the honors program, Dr. Phillips earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C., graduating as the class valedictorian.
