He has hospital affiliations at Washington Hospital Center, Silver Spring Ophthalmology and Friendship Surgery Center. Dr. Phillips was a Founding Director of the Retina Group of Washington's Vitreoretinal Fellowship. He is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Georgetown University School of Medicine's Center for Sight, sits on the FDA Advisory Panel for Ophthalmology and is a member of numerous professional organizations.
