After working for a year in health consulting, I enrolled in medical school at the University of Massachusetts. Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Paly "My philosophy of care is to spend time with each patient to be sure I understand their problem. I give them a menu of treatment options and work with them to decide which options fit their personality and lifestyle. I chose orthopedics because it requires precision and delicacy—particularly when dealing with the hand and wrist, which are my specialties. When I'm not at work, I enjoy cycling, fishing, gardening and music."

I went to Dr. Paly for my trigger finger. He explained what the procedure would be ,it took about 20 minutes... then I was on my way. Everything worked out fine. I would recommend Dr. Paly and his staff. Don't wait, don't be in pain ,just have it done. You'll be very glad you did.

Dr. Paly did carpal tunel (sp?) surgery on my left arm. Very small incision in my left hand. Hardly any pain, no unbearable pain. Did not need to fill the pain kill prescription. I think he did an awesome job.

Plus he showed me Oscar. (the muppet)! And he quickly accepted my request to be able to keep the pins he took out of...more
