Called in June to make my July appt but was not doing faces becaus of Covid and to call back July 1st I asked and Was told multiple times I was able to use the Groupon in my Mothers name that she was gifting to me that was going to expire on July 15 that she bought for me. The lady said come the 15th I did only to be told that my appt was the 16 annoyed that I drove from NY I agreed to come back the next day. I asked Evelyn the same lady again if it was ok that my mom has Groupon in her name and wants to give it to me she said t was fine made a copy of my moms license printed out the Groupon and asked if my mom Could sign it. I went home came back with the paper signed and eveyrhing filled out paper work was waiting for 20 min only To be told the doctor won’t take my Groupon. After all that!! She just coldy came out and said it. When I told her her mistake she YELLED OVER ME “IM NOT THE DOCTOR HES THE BOSS! “ taking no responsibility for her major mistake. Place is moldy/dingy

BEWARE. I originally posted a bad review about their customer service and took it down because I wanted to give them an extra chance. Big mistake. I had an appointment for CO2 fractional laser and as I walk in they tell me that the machine has been broken for some days and that she will give me a call back on the machine is working and that she meant to call me but never gave me a call. I ended up wasting time gas to go for this appointment when they should've called and canceled.

After having poor liposuction on my neck that left my skin sagging 8 years ago, Dr. Onwuka patiently explained how to fix this problem and started a plan of action that will get this problem fixed in a short period of time and at very reasonable cost! Dr. Onwuka is very kind and very professional. He is very experienced. The office is very nice and cozy. I've received botox, filler, Thread Lift, microdermabrasion, skin tightening, Lipo and VelaShape. I've had a great experience with the staff and their service and their kindness, they're always answering my questions in a timely manner with uplifting spirits at all times.

I had Lipo done on my stomach and back and I'm happy with my results. Dr. Onwuka did an excellent job. Following the surgery he was very informative. He explained what to expect in the coming weeks. Evelyn was also very exceptional with the post-Opt massage. She is the best!!

came to dr 3 yrs ago after a very bad experience with another dr .i couldnt believe how great dr and evelyn were treated me great and had so much work done here this is the place to be for lipo and everything else i absoutley love them have had different areas of lipo face treading fat transfer and i am so happy
