Don't waste your time and money seeing his office or Nurse Practiciiner in Arlington. She hasn't a clue about pain management and apparently "speaks" for the doctor. I would rather hear it from him, not his nurse!

Bad doctor, makes me very uncomfortable by the way he talks to you and his hands shakes really bad. Then puts you on the most expensive medience and makes the patient wait along time in pain getting it authorized by insurance and then blames patients for the trouble. Finding a new doctor who puts patients first.

Please do not go to this doctor, take your money and concerns somewhere else. You seem to get nowhere with your health problems with this doctor and his staff. I'm very disappointed, my mother continues to have back pain for about two months now and still nothing, we are looking somewhere else. Don't do it!! Very very poor communication!

No communication/terrible bedside manner/ does not hesitate to let you know he really doesn't care how you feel. Sat 3 hour paste appt time first visit . Saw him at surgery center where he did a procedure and didn't even make a follow up appt to see if it worked. It didn't . Still in pain after all this time and changing doctors. Maybe hes been at it so long he doesn't care. If so he should retire.

WORST STAFF EVER!!! I will never go back to that place again!! For the last month we have called and called and called and have only gotten voicemail. No one has EVER returned one call. They were supposed to be scheduling a procedure and never did so tried to call to find out what was going on. Then my insurance changed and couldn't notify them of that because they wouldn't call me back. Finally tried to tell doc and staff blocked me any access once they found out why I wanted to talk to him.

not sure what how the reviews are so bad about Dr Moore and his staff. I have been seeing Dr. Moore since my back surgery last year. Dr. Mooore is the absolute best pain management doctor I have seen. I love his staff. I always get a call back. Amelia, one of his nurses, is the best! This alone, says alot about him and his staff. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great doctor.

**First and only visit** Dr. Moore had no bed-side manner...But in all fairness he seemed very knowledgeable. The staff was the biggest hindrance of this office. No returned phone calls..even after inquiring about a follow up appointment with a neurosurgeon...Which Dr. Moore stated I needed to do immediately. Staff was blatantly rude both in person and over the phone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Generally speaking, I found this Doctor to be less than understanding which could be due to his lack of trust in patients. He made comments that we (patients) are not looking for cures for the pain but simply more drugs. He told me that at my first visit. It was the most disappointing attitude that I did not expect from any doctor. Luckily I did not have to see him after my 2nd visit because it was decided by my orthopedic surgeon that hip replacement was my next step.

I've been a patient at Capstone Pain and Spine for the past five years. During this time, my medications have not changed. Yet every single month, with few exceptions, my prescriptions are inaccurate. This is blatant medical incompetence. I've had to run out of serious medications because the pharmacy never got the prescriptions. I've called the office and left messages, and still had no medication several days later. I don't know who is to blame, but ultimately it's Dr. Moore's practice.

If this review was about the actual doctor then I would give him 5 stars in the blink of an eye. His staff though, they are the absolute worst. They don't even care in the slightest. You will never, ever get a call back or speak to a live person. I have been with Dr Moore for over a year. I keep sticking it out because he is really great. If you choose this doctor plan and going up there is sitting in the waiting room until they get tired of seeing you there and finally speak to you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore's for over 11 years. I have suffered from severe back pain for at least 15 years. Dr. Moore has done wonders with my back until it became clear that I needed to have more done to it. He helped me find a surgeon that I felt comfortable with and thought had my best interest in mind. I still have other issues that I see Dr. Moore for. I also see Paul Bourland, FNP, at the Fort Worth office. The staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to help. NO better Dr.!

Dr. Moore is actually a very good doctor. I am rating his practice as poor due to the fact that I have found it next to impossible to get anything done through his office. You call and always get a message. You leave a message and there is never any follow up. I've requested a procedure appointment for months to the point that I am again in constant pain, yet I have yet to receive an appointment for treatment. I have been told that they are going to order devices such as a TENS unit but nothing.

A Doctor is only as good as his support staff. Even with the best Doctor his judgment in hiring office managers, nurses, receptionists, etc will be no good if his staff is rude, incompetent, unprofessional. His practice moved buildings and "upgraded" their software and lost 100+ patients files but I was made to feel that this was my fault the reason for the problems. I Will be filing a complaint with the Texas Medical Board of Doctors

He and his office is thee biggest joke in any physician and/or staff I've EVER come across in my 56 years of dealing w doctors and their personnel! Complete morons run his office! I haven't a clue as to how they have ANY patients at all!! In one month I saw dr. Moore or Paul his PA and I've never been so disrespected by anyone in my entire life!! They put me on a Butrans patch that sent me into horrible pain and then, after being in pm for over ten years tells me my symptoms were withdrawl! Run!
