Called to schedule an eye exam in network with my vision insurance. Was scheduled and then came the call backs telling me they needed to use my Health Insurance not my Vision insurance that they agreed to accept with the insurance provider. This will change my out of pocket expense from $0.00 to...more

Insurance is not always cut and dried, particularly when vision care is involved. Certain conditions are covered by your vision insurance that are not covered by medical insurance and vice versa. It is never the intent of this office to tell a person one thing only to change once care is given. It is our hope you were able to receive an explanation which let you know the reason the change in insurance was necessary. Please accept our sincere apology. We are not a bait and switch kind of office.
