Very thorough, knowledgeable and caring! Recommend highly!!

I was highly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, ability to listen to my concerns and neurological exam. My husband had a complicated medical history and Dr Lujan took the time to ask pertinent questions and treated us with the utmost dignity. He answered every question I asked. In the past my husband has been treated at Mayo Clinic and I feel Dr Lujan was every bit as informed and thorough as the neurologist at Mayo.

Rushes through appointments, seems only vaguely interested in the patient, does not suggest or require follow-up appointments even though he had me on meds for years. I've wanted a new neurologist for years now because of his total lack of interest in me as a patient although he is treating me via meds. That's not right. He should be requiring yearly check-ups at the very least. Also, his nurse NEVER answers phone. Leaving a message & waiting for a call back at her is always necessary.

Offers little for the amount of his excessive charges
