Dr. Kramer is a Colorado native and a graduate of CU Boulder. He completed medical school at The University of Colorado School of Medicine then his Orthopaedic residency training at the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City. After which he completed a fellowship in Foot and Ankle surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He has research publications concerning the biology of cartilage and the molecular mechanisms of cartilage degeneration. He is active in ongoing research in foot deformity correction. While in college Dr. Kramer skied competitively in mogul competitions for the University of Colorado Freestyle Ski team. In 2002 he completed a 3700 mile cross country bicycle ride raising funds and awareness for people with disabilities. During medical school he participated in a medical mission trip to Guatemala. Dr. Kramer cares for degenerative conditions, traumatic and overuse injuries. With additional training in Foot and Ankle Surgery Dr. Kramer enjoys getting people back on their feet doing the sports and activities they enjoy. He enjoys skiing, water-skiing, hiking, cycling, running, golf and being outdoors. Above all he loves spending time with his wife and two boys.
Dr. Kramer strives to treat each patient as he would a member of his own family. He believes in maximize a person's medical care with all treatments available, not just surgery. He is a strong believer in utilizing the most up to date evidence and technology when delivering care to patients. His office staff strive to make appointments as timely and hassle free as possible.
