It's been a resident at Magnolia Gardens Nursing facility in Granada Hills since October 2020. Dr. Josephson was assigned as my doctor. Since here I've talked to him four times. I'm here to get physical therapy to recover from the spine surgery I had last August. I've been sick most of the time due to continual wrong diagnosis and improper treatment of my health, which has kept me here much longer than necessary. When I need to talk to the doctor, the nurses tell me they will let him know. Sometimes it takes a week before I get a response and I don't get properly treated for whatever is going on. I have tried to call the doctor on my own and left messages. My calls are not returned. Instead, he will talk to the nurse, so my situation is not communicated properly. The longer I stay here the more I get sick. I'm not getting physical therapy because the doctor's orders are not kept up-to-date. Why am I still here? I'm just a paycheck for the staff & Dr. Josephson, it seems.
