Ahshaki is the Clinic Assistant who saw me to update my records and ensure they were correct. She also noticed and reconciled my record from 3 years prior with the current visit’s record. She also double-checked that the records were combined. I can’t speak highly enough of her intelligence, professionalism and kind manner throughout. Accolades to Ahshaki. Lynne Myer, the Patient Advocate Coordinator, was extremely helpful in supporting me during my ear cleaning. Dr. Jarrett is excellent too.

I had been a patient of another Allergist at a different practice of over 5 years. I was never sure after all those years of my problems and what to do for it. Dr Jarrett did not recommend the procedure that my allergist sent me for evaluation but instead did other testing for my allergies, recommended another path for me and explained my condition more complete than my allergist. I highly recommend; I have changed allergist. He stays focused on medical problem and not on the weather.

Dr. Jarrett is professional and matter of fact, which I like. He answered any questions that I had and ordered an MRI, to my surprise, after I answered a couple of his questions. He also explained his decision.. It turns out that I truly needed the MRI as a small spot was detected. I’m not so sure that just any Dr. would have paid enough attention to put 2 & 2 together so quickly and order the necessary tests in such a timely manner. I am confident in & highly recommend Dr. Jarrett & his staff.

Dr. Jarrett seems to be very knowledgeable about ear, nose and throat issues. He is very matter of fact and to the point in explaining medical conditions to his patients. He is willing to answer questions to help patients understand the treatment for their conditions. The staff at the checkin desk are very friendly as are the nurses. The nurses ask lots of questions to be sure your records are accurate and reflect your condition fully.

I was referred to Dr. Jarrett by ER Physician. Dr. Jarrett resolved this issue for me but after an examination of my throat recommended I have a Sleep Study completed. The Sleep Study confirmed Sleep Apnea which I would not have considered a possibility had not been for Dr. Jarrett’s experience and knowledge as this was not the purpose of my initial office visit. By getting proper sleep now with CPAP Machine, I am very grateful and appreciative to Dr. Jarrett for correct diagnosis. Thank You!!!

I had discovered a dark colored nodule/lump on the right side of my tongue in late May of 2015. I was able to get a consultation with Dr. Jarrett shortly after my discovery. Dr. Jarrett and his staff were very polite, professional, and helped me to feel at ease about the situation at hand. Dr. Jarrett examined my tongue and suggested that he remove the spot on my tongue in an in office procedure which was completed on 6-19-2015, BX of Right Anterior Tongue. Highly recommend Dr. Jarrett & staff

Dr. Jarrett's bedside manner definitely leaves something to be desired. He was not open to hearing what we, as parents, had to say about our infant son's condition. Any questions we asked were answered with an attitude that made us wish we hadn't spoke at all. That being said, our son's surgery went well.

For a long time I suffered from cracking and popping in my left ear and itching. After I had shingles, I could not get any relief from the itching and the cracking was still present. The itching got so severe it was impossible to even sleep on my left side. I made an appointment with Carolina ENT and saw Dr. Jarrett. He knew right away what was wrong and vacuumed my ear of debris on my ear drum and a prescription for the itching. In one week, my ear was well. I highly recommend Dr. Jarrett.

I had to wait 35 minutes in exam room. Was ok with his evaluation of my condition. He sent a scrip to pharmacy when I called to ask price it was $130.00 for a month the next day I called many times to ask for something my plan would cover and my pharmacy faxed 3 times with no reply. I am very unhappy about this. No I will not tell anyone to see him.
