The waiting room was filthy and the staff not interested. Long wait and long wait in examing room. The doctor walked in sat down and grabbed the arm that had the rotator cuff operation He then pushed it over my head and it appears to be permanently damaged now. This lapse of judgement seems to be how he operates by other internet evaluations. I just am sad I didn't read BEFORE I had one of the worst experiences ever in my 64 years of life. La Grange Park, IL |
Dr. Heller was thorough and explained all aspects of my osteoarthritis issues. He gave me options and presented the possible pros and cons of each option. I was thrilled with the outcome of all of my treatment and I felt knowledgeable about the decisions we made regarding my arthritis issues. I have had a thumb joint replacement, LRTI, a fusion on an end joint and a replacement on the middle joint. All were successful and resolved pain issues.
