In 2013, I wanted a second opinion & was able to get a same-day appointment with Dr. Harrison. Subsequent testing revealed a 95% blockage of my LAD that required immediate bypass surgery. Dr. Harrison's expertise, professionalism & personal concern are unparalleled.

I had a spell of AFib late one afternoon & went to the ER. The ER Dr stabilized my rapid heart beat & was able to get an appnt for me with Dr. Harrison for the next morn. I have been seeing Dr. Harrison for several years & he has always been very patient & given us plenty of time to discuss my situation. I recommend him highly & he is the only cardio Dr for me.

Dr. Harrison and staff are very professional in their care giving and managing my needs as a patient. I think his handeling of my particular illness in such a fast and efficient way probably saved my life. He is personal and easy to talk to and at the end of our conversations during the appoint times I left feeling that I had his undivided attention. I would recommend Dr . Harrison and the professionals at CVA to anyone with with similar health problems as mine.

Describing the complete trust in Dr. Harrison for my "heart" is hard to describe, but he was already the doctor for my husband. Also I have a sixth sense about people who are sincere, and I value that. I'm not one who likes to skirt the issues: just tell me the truth of my situation and I can deal with that rather than vague, "safe," answers. I came to him after having seizures, so it was a BIG deal for one who has always been so healthy. I gave him my published poetry book: a part of my heart.

Dr. Harrison is excellent, that being said whoever is assistant is should be fired. He ordered a stress test and other test on me in 2015. To this day I don't have the results nor does my MD. When I called on 2 different occasions to get the results I was told that Dr Harrison was out of the country and there was nothing wrong on my test even though the Doctor had not read them. Very Rude lady said she looked at the and nothing was wrong. To this day I never heard from the doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Harrison for a little over eighteen years. I drive a little over 100 miles see him. He was the main man in my four way by pass and also a stint six months later. That was over ten years ago. He told me he would keep me going and he has kept his word all the way. I know his kids, and a great bunch they are. Wouldn't want my heart in anybody's hands other than his. Trust him all the way.
