ZERO. The staff is beyond obnoxious. The doctor cares only for money. People for some reason wait 2 to 3 hours in his office, and he does not care. The amount of paperwork to fill out before seeing him is beyond the norm, and get this he demands to see and get your credit card prior to seeing him....Read More

Dr Facibene is an excellent surgeon who explains the procedure and answers your questions . He is very thorough and I was very satisfied with my shoulder surgery . Chris the person in charge of following up with tests , medicines etc did an excellent job also. I read some of the unsatisfactory...Read More

The worst staff ever. They are so rude. They won’t call insurance companies said it’s my job. Kris is so nasty that works there. When you ask her to do her job.

Just had my second surgery with Dr. Facibene. My first carpiltunnel surgery was great success. Dr. Was great answered all my questions and spent ample time explaining everything that was going to happen. My second surgery is third week into recovery. I'm not surprise seeing some of these reviews after the experience I had. I had some questions regarding my copayment and the staff was beyond rude they were downright nasty! told me I could leave!
