My husband had been calling for days to get a hold of a staff member, medical assistants kept taking messages for a whole week. It just seemed like they would just tell us things so we would stop bugging. Until I asked to speak with a supervisor and let them know that how can they treat my husband and expect for him to get better if they don't answer back or keep playing games on calling back. that's the only way they listen when you start meaning mean and this girls have a nasty attitudes.
Dr Evans is a great doctor but his staff is rude and unreliable I have been seeing this Dr for almost 2 years and every time I need a refill on a prescription his staff takes over 2 weeks to refill them and you can not ever get in to see the Dr if you are sick you have to wait over a month to get an appointment his staff always tells me to go to the urgent care when I'm sick and need antibiotics

Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
