When I called to make my first appointment, his secretary, Lorraine, was more than helpful, friendly and accommodating to get me the first available appointment. She even discussed my case with Dr. DeMayo and he personally called me to discuss my condition and made recommendations prior to my office visit. He spent almost two hours at my office visit and explained my medical condition, treatment options and prognosis in a very professional yet personal level. I would highly recommend him.

I have found Dr. DeMayo to be patient, professional, and thorough. The office wait is nominal; & his staff kind, helpful, & highly professional. The first office visit was extensive; subsequently, DeMayo continues to take the time to listen to my concerns and discuss my treatment plan. I find him to be perceptive, as well as, to have a refreshing sense of humor about himself and life in general. That said, I feel that he takes me and my condition very seriously.

Very satisfied. He is easy to talk to and very friendly. When I'm there it feels like being among friends and not just another trip to the doctors office. His secretary has even called me at home a few times to let me know he was running a little behind schedule to keep me from having to wait so long after I got there. Dr. DeMayo is also very professional and well experienced in physical medicine. I have been a patient of his for 20 years and am looking forward to another 20.
