My best friend had been a patient of Dr. Davila’s for several years. We show up for her appointment and are told we are unable to see him because they don’t take her insurance anymore. We even tried to pay cash, but we were denied any services. Now she’s waiting to see a new doctor next month. In the meantime, her delicate health went untreated and she had to be rushed to the emergency room last week. I have never in my medical career been treated so unprofessionally. DO NOT GO TO HIS OFFICE. There is more to tell, but they will be hearing from her attorney. It is totally outrageous to deny medical service to anyone in need.

Office office manager Angel is extremely hostel and rude. I tried to make an appointment with doctor Dr. Davila she yelled there's no appointments and hung the phone on me. I called back to ask for her manager come to find out she is the manager for this office she yelled at me again and said I'm going to report this. Report what? asking for your manager to make a complaint. This office has rude unprofessional staff do not recommend it don't waste your time the idiotic works behavior.

Dr Davilla has a very gentle and calm nature, he always allows enough time for his patients, he listens to you and gives his feedback. I am usually able to get in for an appointment within a few days. His staff for the most part are very professional.

staff was horrible, very rude, it is like they are in a work camp working for free i really wanted to just walk out but i needed to see doctor but after my visit i will be looking for new primary care, i could hear the staff outside talking about me, they were gossiping about me, i know what i heard, very rude and unprofessional i am sure there small paychecks reflect. it is hard nowadays to find good staff

I will DEFINITELY NOT be getting treatment or recommending this place to anyone. Staffs at the front desk were nice and Friendly. The assistant that helps get you ready before the actual doctor comes in (not sure his title) was super rude and unapproachable as if he had a personal issue. Once the doctor came in.. My experience got worst. He couldn't even comprehend my reason for the visit. he barely took his time to discuss anything.

The staff does not provide adequate customer service. Not only do they lack a welcoming atmosphere but they also avoid many of the concerns that you may have. There are many times I felt like I offended them just by being a patient. I wouldn’t suggest going there if you don’t have to.

I've been diagnosed with a chronic illness that many doctors know little about - treatment can be difficult at this stage of my diagnosis and finding a primary doctor who can assist with treatment, referrals to specialists, and who can know enough to partner with other doctors - be a help rather than a hindrance is hard. Dr. Davila did not shy away from my case, showed tremendous kindness, sensitivity, and knowledge, and was more than happy to assist in my health journey. HIGHLY recommend him!!
