Hartland, WI |
Dr. Davies brought a self-confidence and an assurance to the first appointment that gave me the feeling that he was the best for my full left hip replacement. He encouraged me to be the one to make the decision when I was ready and I liked that idea to own the choice was mine. To date, 1 month later since the operation, I am on the high side for recovery according to my PT. Many thanks to Dr. Davies for his expertise and delivery on his promise to bring my quality and activity in life back.

I found Dr. Davies to be extremely personable and appropriately diagnosed the hip pain I was having which lead to a total anterior hip replacement procedure. I am nearly 60 yrs. of age and was able to walk pretty much unassisted within 2 weeks of surgery. AMAZING.....and no more pain!!! Dr. Davies staff and nurses at Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin, Pewaukee location were attentive and seemed to truly care about making me as comfortable as possible during my 23 hour stay after surgery.

I had two surgeries with Dr. Davies that included a total hip and knee replacement. His expertise and skill as a surgeon was a key factor in my recovery. Dr. Davies explained the replacement surgery using pictures and models which helped me understand the process. He had great bedside manner and took time to answer my questions. I will definitely have Dr. Davies replace the other knee when the time comes.
in Franklin, WI |
After surgery, I needed a few extra days in the hospital to recovery from total knee replacement, but was kicked out after just 2 days. Bad experience. Also, too frugal on the pain medicine after the good stuff wore off and tough to get. Did not make it easy; probably due to the drug addicts out there.

Outstanding Orthopedic Surgeon. I had hip replacement surgery and he was excellent to work with. His patient interaction is outstanding. He explained everything in detail and I had a very successful outcome. My hip pain is completely gone and he ensured that both legs where same length along with no complications. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing Hip Replacement Surgery. Great job Dr. Davies.

The care I received from what I will call "The William A Davies Team" was excellent. From the doctor himself to his PA Steve Baugrud, to his nurses was excellent. When they came into my room, whether in the hospital or the office, they were always well versed on my case. They always answered any question I had very thoroughly. I feel very well taken care of and loved, if I can use that term for medical professionals.

I went to Dr.Davies with severe complications from a previous surgery. After a year of his services I have a functional knee. I wish I would have started with Dr. Davies.
in Burlington, WI |
Dr. Davies is the best orthopedic surgeon I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He provided me with all of the knowledge needed to make an informed decision about having a hip replacement. I love his calm, easygoing personality and how he really connects with you on a personal level. If ever I need surgery like this in the future, I WILL return to Dr. Davies!
Waukesha, WI |
Had knee replacement a few years ago.Felt Dr. Davies was a caring individual. Saw him recently about other knee &felt like I was a number instead of a person. His PA spouts off information that isn't accurate.Always comes in first & then I get 5 min. with Dr. Davies after waiting for over 40 min. in exam room. I was scared & he was cavalier. Not much advice except to replace knee.I suppose they need money this to pay for new facility which is cold & staff is unwelcoming. No one even greets you.
