I recently had surgery for a torn meniscus and was referred to Dr. Davies by my son in law who is a surgical nurse. My experience was wonderful, the operation a total success and zero pain afterwards. I had a prescription for pain meds but did not have to take a single pill. Two weeks later I am back walking 2-3 miles a day and will be back to my normal 4 miles a day within a week or two. One of the best decisions I have made.

Fractured left ankle 2 years ago. Dr. Davies inserted 2 screws to help with dislocation while the fracture healed. Best part is that he chose to remove the hardware and not leave it in place. Ankle is almost as good as new, very happy with the results. He is also treating me for an eventual left knee replacement. Not looking forward to that reality but I know I am in the care of one of the best.

Professional, skilled, and personable. Over the course of two years I needed to have Anterior Total Hip Replacements done on both hips. I was very fortunate to have both of them done by Dr. Davies. In both cases I was home within 23 hours. Recovery went well and for the first time in years I am completely free of hip pain. I am not able to enjoy hiking and golfing pain free. Thank you Dr. Davies!

My experience with Dr Davies was exceptional. I had a left, anterior total hip replacement done 10/2016. The procedure was done in their 24-hour surgery center. This was the best decision I ever made. One year post surgery, I have no pain, walk very well without a limp of any sort. At times, I forget I ever had the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Davies and his staff - great people!

Dr. Davies brought a self-confidence and an assurance to the first appointment that gave me the feeling that he was the best for my full left hip replacement. He encouraged me to be the one to make the decision when I was ready and I liked that idea to own the choice was mine. To date, 1 month later since the operation, I am on the high side for recovery according to my PT. Many thanks to Dr. Davies for his expertise and delivery on his promise to bring my quality and activity in life back.

I found Dr. Davies to be extremely personable and appropriately diagnosed the hip pain I was having which lead to a total anterior hip replacement procedure. I am nearly 60 yrs. of age and was able to walk pretty much unassisted within 2 weeks of surgery. AMAZING.....and no more pain!!! Dr. Davies staff and nurses at Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin, Pewaukee location were attentive and seemed to truly care about making me as comfortable as possible during my 23 hour stay after surgery.

I had two surgeries with Dr. Davies that included a total hip and knee replacement. His expertise and skill as a surgeon was a key factor in my recovery. Dr. Davies explained the replacement surgery using pictures and models which helped me understand the process. He had great bedside manner and took time to answer my questions. I will definitely have Dr. Davies replace the other knee when the time comes.

After surgery, I needed a few extra days in the hospital to recovery from total knee replacement, but was kicked out after just 2 days. Bad experience. Also, too frugal on the pain medicine after the good stuff wore off and tough to get. Did not make it easy; probably due to the drug addicts out there.

Outstanding Orthopedic Surgeon. I had hip replacement surgery and he was excellent to work with. His patient interaction is outstanding. He explained everything in detail and I had a very successful outcome. My hip pain is completely gone and he ensured that both legs where same length along with no complications. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing Hip Replacement Surgery. Great job Dr. Davies.
