in Simpson, LA |
Dr. Crenshaw is an easy going person. He explains every thing and really cares. I call him Mr. Smiley because he always has a smile on his face. And Ms. Jeanie is just as sweet.
in Alexandria, LA |
His manner of interacting with me was quite poor. Poor eye contact throughout the appointment. Then he shuffled me off to the PA for an expensive steroid injection without explaining why he felt it would help, and when I requested he come back and give more of an explanation of his diagnosis, he did not sit down with me, but stood up looking down and talked for about 30 seconds. Not only were his patient skills poor, the treatment plan was not effective. I am still in pain.
