Went to my husbands appointment, checked in and after waiting 2 1/2 hours went to see how much longer it would be and was told that he didn’t even have an appointment she had asked another receptionist to work him in and that person hadn’t done it yet. She was going to retrieve the paper work from other person and do it herself. Go tell my husband what was going on and he decided if they didn’t have him in the system we’re leaving. When I told the receptionist that was a long time to wait she informed us that it’s a 2 1/2-3 hour wait. I told her it’s absolutely ridiculous that people have to wait so long to be seen by the Dr. We were thinking that the the large waiting room was full by the time we left was that there were different Drs working there but it’s only 1 Doctor. Drove 150 miles each way waited 21/2 hrs ridculous.

Dr Wu is absolutely the best! And so very sweet - truly cares about his patients. If problems - no wait! Depending on his schedule - and what time of day. He doesn't take lunch breaks! It's all about his patients. Amount of time for routine visits or follow up would EVER make me take my mom anywhere else. He saved my grandmother's & uncle's life!!! He remembers all of us... Love him to death!

I’ve seen Dr Wu for 14 years now and he has my complete trust. When you’re having heart issues it can be very stressful and finding a cardiologist who is concerned in your well being will be the most important decision you will have to make. Dr Wu is friendly, always has a smile and truly cares about all his patients and questions you on your concerns. And after all that, he somehow manages to make you feel better even though you walked in not in the best spirits. He is the best!

Dr. Wu is an excellent doctor and I would recommend him to anyone, however the wait time is horrible. Waited for two hours to get called to the back and when I asked the front about the wait I was told the wait is always 2 to 3 Hrs long. No one should have to wait that long. Some clearly is not booking appointments correctly!
