would not recomend. Dr Bertucci did not even remember which facility he used for my surgery, that he advised. Poor pre op and post op advise. admitted tht his department was significantly under staffed. discounted my feedback of painful recovery due to bad advise from his dept. did not seem to care about anything. Was far from 5 star Kaiser level of care

I was suffering a lot of pain in my liver area, which I had surgery 2 weeks earlier, and on my big toe which had lesions from chemotherapy. He ignored my request to treat my toe and he never even looked at it!! And he blew me off when I told him I was in a lot of pain in my liver area. He was very rude, lazy, and dismissive. Not a doctor I want treating me. Beware of him.

I was referred to Bertucci twice for minor surgery for the same problem. . He didn't have a positive effect either time. In between I went to primary care twice, saw two different Drs. And got improvement. This guy is lazy. Primary care referred me to surgery explaining recovery would be faster. Bertucci declined to work.

10 minutes prior to my husband's scheduled surgery Dr. Bertucci came to pre-op and said the risk of surgery was too great. My husband had bowel obstruction and had been in the hospital for days. Dr. Bertucci said if my husband had a bowel movement the surgery wouldn't be necessary. Dr. Scott Greenway reassessed and said surgery necessary. Dr. Bertucci said he was probably a resident, didn't know anything, heard it was Dr Greenway and did the surgery which, in fact WAS necessary! Unprofessional!
