Well it started with it took me over a month and several calls to make an appt. When I got there the office staff was nice (a bit disorganized). They put me in a room for a different Dr. and then kept asking the same questions. But I can overlook all of that....Once Dr. A came in the room - he was very rushed. When I asked questions - he kept saying we can discuss at your next visit. And that he's late for his tumor board (he kept telling me that). The entire time with him conversing was 15 min.

Dr. Armstrong is truly an amazingly skilled doctor! My 17 year old daughter was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer and naturally we were scared to death. He took the time to educate us on this type of cancer and calmed our fears. He did the surgery on our daughter with amazing results. He kept in mind that she's just 17 and made sure that her scarring was minimal and that she will now have a normal life. I can not express what a God send Dr. Armstrong has been through the unsettling time!
