I'm a 38 year old firefighter, weightlifter, runner, etc. I suffered thru lower back and hip pain most of my adult life until I was recommended to Dr. Andersen. He found a labral tear in my left hip along with a lot of "shrapnel" from years of damage. I am completely pain free in the hip ONE WEEK AFTER SURGERY! I found Dr. Andersen to be friendly, knowledgeable and extremely competent. I have already recommended him to three people.

Saw this doctor and reviewed him as do I want him to do my TKR? Absolutely NOT!! He was rude and arrogant!! I'm 68 years old and I felt humiliated by him. I was very upset leaving his office. Reconsider having this doctor perform surgery on you. I found another great doctor in Cary/Raleigh who did my TKR who was gentle and caring. Very glad I didn't have Dr Anderson perform surgery on me. And I changed orthopedic facility!!
