Dr. Tisdall is one of the Best, if not the Best at relieving pain. His expertise, his wonderful 'bedside manner', and his brilliance is unrivaled. His medical and clerical staff are empathetic and efficient. He and they have given me my quality of life back to me, and for that, I will be forever grateful.

I feel like he was wonderful. Very receptive. He noticed things that I did not. Non judge mental of my weight (I had just had a baby and was on bed rest with high risk and gained a substantial amount and he still treated me like a human being).Of course my injuries were from an incident where when I saw him initially I was still in shock, and had a hard time explaining my pain. Wish we didn’t move out of state, I am confident I would still be under his care today now almost two year later if not

Thomas Espinoza is awesome!! But.... This new e-script they're doing sucks! 3 times in a row they've messed up. I have told them over and over that this happened & still, not being corrected. My last e-script was dated for November 27th instead of October 27 & since it's a weekend I couldn't get it fixed! There should be a choice of paper vs e-script because not one has worked yet! I give props to Yvonne for helping above and beyond to fix the mistake, but 3times, c'mon. That's not good!

Dr. Tisdall was able to give me a package of treatment that has helped me get back to a life that has much less pain that I thought would be an impossible goal. I was treated with dignity and compassion. His assistants were also compassionate. at the first appointment, I was given an action plan that gave me hope that I could find a path that would help me engage in life's activities. His staff endorses his plan and have given me the support I have needed!

Office staff are borderline rude. Had a 6am appointment didn’t get seen for over 45 minutes. I had a second appointment scheduled for a follow up injections this was rescheduled because the doctor was unavailable for over a month. Pretty hard to get relief for back pain when it takes forever to see the doctor. VERY VERY disappointed.

These guys have been taking care of me for about 3 years now and Dr Tisdall and his team have been a Godsend. Melissa at the front desk is so compassionate and can make anything happen, she created a well oiled machine. Pocahantas is so sweet, she really takes care of you. Thomas my PA has been such a help to me with knee injections and pain management, i love that he asks questions and listens and then acts on what i have needed. Dr Tisdall's procedures on my back have helped so much. Quality!

I have tried on numerous occasions to schedule an appointment with Mr. Jensen and have gone back with Tricare to get another provider that is not affiliated with Dr. Tisdall. The front desk staff, phone operators, and appointment staff have made it impossible to make an appointment that it no longer matter the amazing care Mr Jensen or Dr. Tisdall provide if you cannot get back to see them. The staff give you the run around through an inefficient appointment system and have a non caring attitude
