What People Say About Dr. Wendy McFalda, DO

I waited a week for an appt. to see a doctor for a rash on my FACE, and was seen by a PA. She misdiagnosed the rash and the medication she gave me made it MUCH worse. I tried to get an appt. to see an actual doctor in the office and was told the first available appt. was in two weeks! The rash ON MY FACE was getting worse by the day, so I went to another dermatologist in the area who correctly diagnosed it. This office is now just a glorified spa! For actual medical treatment, don't go here.

Don't go here. She saw my husband for bumps on his nose but recommended not to remove them since it may leave a scar. Never mentioned they could be bcc = basal cell carcinoma. He didn't find out he had cancer until 6 months later when he went to a new dermatologist for a separate issue. By then, the cancer was so deep he had to have reconstructive plastic surgery.

I was very pleased with Dr. McFalda. After being to another Dermologist multiple times for the same skin condition without results, Dr. McFalda diagnosed me and prescribed the medication that got rid of the problem I was having. I would, and have recommended her to friends and family.

Misdiagnosis- chose another office and doctors. After two years of suffering long waits to get appointments and misdiagnosed I was fed up and moved to another doctor - Siegel in Waterford who is great. Don't go here!!

The office staff was HORRIBLE. Will never be back. They obviously don't need my business as they have too many patients to handle efficiently. AVOID.

Staff is not knowledgeable. They take on way more patients then they can handle. Made appointment, then when I got there said that they could not perform service. Poor excuse of a dermatology. Clarkston deserves better.
