The office sucks. They never answer the phones. The nurses and doctor are great but the receptionist never answers the phones or returns calls. I would not recommend this office

I have been a patient for ten years he is very understanding and kind. I have had RA since age 24 and had every treatment under the sun I was frightened about biologics however I was already facing 2 new knees and a hip due to RA Dr Risk in was very kind and "father like" in his way of coaching me that biologics for me was my best options and not be afraid. He was right I am pain free and my horrible bouts of fatigue have become less and less. I constantly tell people about him and they always thank me once they have had their appointment. Dr Riskin is a 10.

I have been going to Dr. Riskin for years. I really like him but I’ve decided to leave because it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to reach the office. An automated service answers, puts you on hold for 30-45 min., then you get disconnected. I am told to call 1/2 hr. In advance for my Prolia injection since they need to take it out of the refrigerator. But I cannot get through! It is very frustrating & I am done.

t is a pleasure for me to review Dr Wayne Riskin. I visit him for gout. Dr Riskin knows all there is to know about gout having seen thousands of patients. He was able to steer me through the expected flares associated with beginning uric acid lowering therapy. His vast experience allows him to prescribe medication accounting for some kidney problems I have. In addition to his expertise he is kind warm and compassionate. His staff are experts in managing insurance and prior authorization issues which they do in an enthusiastic and friendly manner. I highly recommend Dr Riskin and This practice for rheumatology issues.

I had very high expectations about Dr. Riskin based on the reviews I found. But, even though he is a nice guy, I was not impressed at all. This was more like an interview rather than a check-up. He did not do any physical examinations like other doctors do, he just asked about my condition and that was it. Also, he ordered some blood work, and I was expecting his team to give me a call for an update, but instead I have call them and ask for the results.

I adore Dr. Riskin. Not only is he outstanding in his knowlege of the medical field, but he really cares about his patients and takes his time explaining and answering whatever questions I may have. I have total faith in his decisions for my health issue and recommend all my friends to go to him if they need a rheumotologist. When you leave the office after seeing Dr. Riskin, you feel so thankful and blessed you have seen him. His nurse and the office staff are, also, wonderful.

Dr. Riskin is a very kind and good doctor with a lot of experience. I feel he has done well with diagnosing my very complicated health issues. His staff is very nice and accommodating. What I feel needs improvement is his phone system. Be prepared to wait on hold at least 20-30 minutes to speak to a live person. If you request a callback, that could take days. There is at least a 45 minute-hour and a half wait in the waiting room.

What a pleasure to see and know Dr W. Riskin. His dedicated time to me is his wisdom to be so kind and willing to help his patient with serious health issues. His soft voice helps to make his patient comfortable and confident what ever he recommends to do. I was hesitant to get a treatment at the first visit, but Dr Riskin did not force me to do, and I said OK. He gave me a steroid shot in my pain joint. It was a miracle: the swelling is going dawn, the pain is almost gone very next day. I definitely ( can't wait) to see this lovely Dr again to continue my treatment. I will recommend every my sick friend to go and see this wonderful Doctor. He is very good Doctor. With all my respect and appreciations to a wonderful Human being. It is not enough to say just THANK YOU. THANKS A MILLION.
