Dr. Looney was a great Doc until he stopped caring about his patients and stopped being professional. He never kept our appointments. My wife and I did not care to see a midlevel but were forced to because he canceled on us several times in a row. We weren't surprised when he shut down his practice, but were left to scramble for care in a community where new medicare patients aren't welcome in established practices.

Dr Looney is a very caring individual. There has been numerous changes in office staff which has caused turmoil for some patients. Dr Looney takes an enormous amount of time going over lab results and explaining each area to you. When you see Dr Looney you come away feeling blessed that you have a caring Doctor. My hope is the office will soon operate like a well oiled machine andthe majority of the problems will be eliminated. He is a good, caring Doctor. Give him a chance!!

Dr. Looney is patient and takes the time to listen to all of your questions. If this sometimes means waiting an extra few minutes because I know he is busy taking his time with another patient than I am more than willing. He treats his staff with respect and they are very helpful as well.
