Dr. Warren Goldstein was very caring, knowledgeable, and answered all my concerns and questions. He took his time going over my diagnostic tests and explained what was my diagnosis and what the surgery involved. I had a successful total thyroidectomy and removal of neck lymph nodes. I am recovering well, and many said it looks as if I never had surgery.

Dr. Goldstein was recommended to me by my endocrinologist for a parathyroidism condition. I was warmly greeted by Dr. Goldsteins staff and any questions that I had for them were answered. When Dr Goldstein came into the examination room he greeted me in a professional and also caring manner. As he explained my condition to me I was very impressed by his knowledge, his professionalism and his helpful answers to my questions. I left his office that day trusting that I was in very good hands.

Dr Goldstein did 2 sinus surgeries on me in 1999 and I just loved him and his bedside manner. He was very caring and sadly, I now am having another problem with a lymph node in my neck associated with sinuses and dont live near Florida and am in rapid city South Dakota. I would recommend dr Goldstein to anyone needing an ENT dr. Sincerely, Hope Podowski

Goldstein was my surgeon 2 yrs ago. He told me that I needed to meet before surgery to go over everything with the anesthesiologist. On that day, I was asked about what beta blocker I was prescribed before my surgery. Goldstein never prescribed anything to me and never informed me that I would need to take anything beforehand. Due to his error, I was not allowed to have my surgery, which would have been fully covered by insurance. Instead of owning up to his error, he blamed Walgreens.

I clearly have a perforated eardrum -- when I blow I can hear air slowly whistling through it. He could not find the perforation and told me I didn't have one. He ignored the hearing test results that showed that there is no nerve response to increasingly high noise in the left ear. He was bland and not at all warm, and seemed to have no interest in really figuring out what was going on. The guy seems like the worst kind of doctor you can find, certainly the worst ENT I've ever had.
