This Dr is very professional, kind, and demonstrates genuine care of patients. Our only trouble is understanding what she is telling us. It is the language barrier that makes our appt. Difficult.

After a referral was sent to the provider, a month went by and I had to call and ask to be entered in the system. Then I received an appointment in what I considered a timely manner. If I did not call, I don't believe I would have been scheduled at all.. My office visit was handled in a professional manner and I was very satisfied with the care I received.

Dr Wongba is the most thoral pulmonologist I have ever seen. She is compassionate (which is missing in all other pulmonologist drs. I have seen) she has always spent time with me and always treated me with respect. She explains things to where I can understand . She always has alternative options for me. I can't say enough about her. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. The one scheduler realized (as iwaleaving) the follow up appointment was on my birthday and she said no!! We will find another day lol. Very caring staff. Thank you all.
