I've had quadruple bypass surgery and suffer from afibs and cad as welI. I have been seeing Dr. Hepp for approximately 17 years, and am very well satisfied. He explains things in understandable terms and doesn't rush through appointments. His nurse is particularly efficient; she returns phone calls almost immediately and can be counted on to refill prescriptions promptly. At this practice, concierge arrangements can be made, but Hepp's "standard" care is so satisfactory that I haven't availed myself of them yet.

We had a horrible experience with this practice. My husband was berated DURING a heart procedure by Dr Hepp's associate, and then we too were dismissed by Dr Hepp. No followup was provided while we were in the hospital! It was one of the scariest experienced of our lives, very, very traumatic. They seem to have a habit of dismissing patients that have too many questions or complications.

My husband was an Alzheimer's patient and a long-term patient of Dr Hepp. He was scheduled for stress testing and his annual work up (which in retrospect should not have even been ordered). Dr Hepp never touched base with me in the waiting room, he was so rushed due to lateness of his arrival) that he had not thought about my husband's mental faculties at all). we received a follow up letter saying my husband was dismissed, from the practice. We requested an explanation and it was refused.
