I came to Dr. Floyd after seeing 3 other Doctors concerning my broken wrist, that had healed crooked. He finally gave me answers that made the most sense. I've seen him 3x and will continue. Surgery to repair it is very risky. So he is trying injections now. They are very very painful. But at least they give me some relief. The pain has been there since May 2018. The injections help for now.

Let me start by stating I am very attention detail orientated. When Doctor Floyd stated the treatment was to take a bone out of my body and replace it with a tendon from my arm, I was very scared about the entire process. He in a matter a 10 minutes made me feel great about him doing this procedure. I still went home and researched it and found he was 100% correct. He did both my left and right hand over the last 18 months. I am so happy to have my hands back in shape. Thank You!!!

Dr Floyd did surgery on both the tendonitis in my elbow and carpal tunnel in my hand. He did an excellent job with both. Elbow surgery was a couple of yrs ago and scar is not visible. Recovery on it went very well. Carpal tunnel surgery recently done and both surgery and recovery has been good. He and his nursing/PA staff are very personable and I will continue to use Dr. Floyd as needed.

I have Dupuytren's Contracture and Dr. Floyd has been my physician since diagnosis. He is personable and realistic. He is not going to tell you something will work or treatment will last if it will not. He has performed a couple of procedures on my right hand in the last several years. I hope I never have to see anyone else. I trust him and know he will do his best and be very honest in his treatment. Dupuytren's has no cure so we take one day at a time.

Dr Floyd performed a Proximal Row Carpectomy on my right hand/wrist on October 31, 2018. The results of that surgery were exceptional! He and his staff are wonderful. My appointments were always prompt and I received fantastic treatment. The recovery was estimated to be months but I returned to full duty as a deputy sheriff in 7 weeks. I am able to shoot, bench press and use my tools with no problems. Dr Floyd is amazing! He shows caring and compassion to his patients.

I was in a horrible accident 13 years ago and Dr. Floyd has been taking care of both of my arms ever since. I have a brachial plexus injury in my left arm (paralyzed from the elbow up) and my right arm suffers with radial nerve irritation, arthritis, and carpel tunnel syndrome. Dr Floyd has done 4 surgeries on my left arm...giving me partial use. When I go into his office now he can pinpoint/treat my pain...which sustains the use of my exclusive overused arm. I trust and recommend him 100%.

Dr. FLOYD ADMITTED HIS MISTAKE AND FIXED MY HAND . EVEN TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE FOR 2ND SURGERY BUT FAILED TO TELL BILLING DEPARTMENT. I was charged and when I wrote a letter the comptroller of the facility wrote me a very distasteful letter telling me i was not welcomed at their facility . Take my business elsewhere. I have tried to contact Dr. FLOYD to correct this but no luck. There is no way i can get ortho services in Macon now since most ortho doctors belong to this group. ??
