He was great! I've struggled with sinus issues over the past couple of years and he gave me hope that he can help. He was so nice and answered all of my questions - great sense of humor too. I am excited to begin my journey with him. Woman who answered the phone when I called with a follow up question came off with an attitude and was not helpful at all, which was disappointing. This is extremely important to me since they are who I will need to speak with moving forward making appointments.
