He says that he is compassionate in my case he wasn't, he was abrupt I completely understand that he's very busy I was told I was going to get a call for physical therapy and still waiting and it's been 3 week's, I'm exhausted with this I've been fighting this for years I thought he was really going to help, but I guess it's because it's medical not by my choice for I used to have Kaiser, I always thought that they wanted you to get back to normal and back to work, what's really going on
Physical therapy was ordered the same day. Takes a while to obtain authorization by insurance company and then to schedule an appointment with the place which accepts Medical. Not too many out there. Unfortunately, its beyond my control.
