Dr. Chan completed an internship in preliminary medicine at Rush University Medical Center in 2001 and completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation in 2004. Dr. Chan was the chief resident at Rush University Medical Center from 2003 to 2004. Dr. Chan is an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Association of Academic Physiatrists. He has been active in research and has been published in the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

I've seen Dr Chan fairly regularly for pain and rehab associated with my Osteoarthritis . He's always prompt, professional and very polite. I am moving away from Indpls but I still plan to have him as my doctor. I've recommended him to several people.
