Dr. Ranadive and his P.A. Mike are both amazing. I wasn’t sure at first about Dr. Ranadive because he had a “stand offish” personality. However after sitting down with him and really explaining how bad my neurological problems were, I truly feel I was listened to by both him and Mike. I’ve had so many health problems with no answers and ultimately felt like some doctors thought it was all in my head or that I had histrionic behaviour. I'm hopeful that we will find a diagnosis

I’ve seen Dr Ranadive for years. He and his PA always take ample time. He’s very courteous and has very pleasant bedside manners. Office staff always pleasant and efficient. They return calls, most of the time, the same day. If something is serious, call back is fast.

Dr Ranadive is excellent. He is compassionate and caring. He is a great listener. He has been my neurologist for over 10 years resulting in no seizures, and diagnosis and treatment of related conditions, that greatly improved my quality of life. Unlike many doctors these days, I have never been ‘rushed’ in and out of his office.

Rude, arogant ,condescending and in my opinion gave poor health advice that contributed to my 88 year old mother being hospitalized. He literally told me tha Medicare Would only pay him $137 for the 45 minutes he would spend with us . My mother has dementia but still knows what is going on around her . He did not even acknowledge that she was in the room . He mentioned patients going on Facebook and talking bad about him .Everytime I tried to ask him something he would cut me off . God syndrom

Dr Ranadive is compassionate and knowledgeable, one of the few doctors that LISTEN. I didn’t leave 5 stars because of office staff. It is either extremely disorganized or those people simply don’t care. Endless phone tag trying to get information because they never answer the phone and call me back on a number that I have repeatedly told them not to call.

HORRIBLE. There was a time when Dr Ranadive was great. He took time with me and my wife to really work with us and our migraines and make sure we had the medicine we need. In the last few years, I guess the profit monster got him. We barely get a few minutes with the doctor even though I am paying for two full appointments (and my insurance is richly billed for full exams) and we travel more than an hour each way to see him. There have been times we get stuck with his awful PA instead.

Dr. Ranadive is good but overbooked. You are rushed in and out of his office. He is very sweet but has noticeable time restraints. His staff on the other, stay clear! His PA is horrible!!! Doesn't listen, basically he can complete your exam over the phone...He documents what he wants even if incorrect. As others have mentioned, they never answer the phone or call back! Oh, even if they complete paperwork? incorrectly, they charge you an additional $75 to correct! To stop people from asking.

Lately office phones rarely work. If you want to speak w/ staff you must GO TO LOCATION. Visited July 14th. PA forgot to call in prescriptions. PA also called in WRONG MRI. Called in MRI for brain when I needed MRI for lumbar. BUT that doesn't matter because OPI wasn't going to call me since I didn't have an UPDATED referral to even see Dr R. So NOW his office says they will bill me as a self pay patient!! WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THIS!! I want referral to a DIFFERENT neurologist now stuck.

Would recommend Dr. Ranadive. Unfortunately, you have to go through his staff to see him and they're awful. They never answer the phone or return phone calls. The lady at the front desk was so rude to me

Dr. Ranadive himself is fine, BUT his staff is godawful. They are unprofessional in both dress and attitude. Also, NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have called them probably around 15 times and sent two messages through patient portal over the past SIX WEEKS trying to get my MRI results and find out what to do about a medication they prescribed to me which was causing me to become very lightheaded and nearly faint. Apparently, nobody in this office cares about the patients.

Excellent skills, caring, follows through assuring your medical concerns are addressed and follows through until you are well, even if you are referred to other specializations. He has worked with me for 5 years, and makes sure other MDs follow up in their areas, making sure that there is good coordination of care.

He is a very nice doctor, he demeanor is soft and he listens to his patients but he will refer you to someone else if his solution doesn't help. I think he could've tried other options before sending me to another doctor. His office never responded to my rewuests once he sent me elsewhere (bad customer service). His nurse isn't too great either.
