On my 1st visit i waited 1 hr. 20 minutes. After seeing patients coming and going, I asked the front desk what was going on. I was called within 5 minutes. I can't say much from my 1st visit other than getting scheduled for a bunch of tests! After my next visit, I should know if I stay with him as my pulmonary doctor or not...

Every appointment is a brand new day. See a different APN and they push tests which one has already rejected or were previously done and inconclusive. Continuity is an issue.

Dr. Garb saved my life. Went to doctor office because I was ill. I was having a severe asthma attack. Immediately Dr. Beata called him in the room. I was transferred to Hospital. If it wasn't for Dr. Beata Lesniowska, Dr. Garg n Dr. Madelina I know without doubt I would not be writing this statement. If you are looking for a office where the staff are professional n the Doctors are truly for the patient best interest, choose these Doctors. I thank you all for my life. God bless you all.

He's great doctor. He cares about his patients. He makes sure you do your blood work on time and everything else but the new staff (as of late 2016) in Union location is terrible. They know nothing about the medical field. I try to schedule all my appointments as early as 9am and I still wait 2 hours to see the doctor/physician assistant. I found out they schedule a lot of patients for the same time so really they go by first comes first serves. Just terrible. I switched to the Elizabeth office

Horrible Doctor, just cares about billing and cares about making money. Patients time and health come last. Average waiting time there is 2 hours, and orders tests that patients don't even need. Avoid this office at all costs, all he cares about the money, waiting room full of 20 plus patients all waiting at least an hour if not longer.

dr Garg pushes only C-Pap machines because he says, that is what the insurance will pay for. i wanted a Bi-Pap because on overnight sleep test on a C-Pap=CONTINUOUS air flow, made exhaling very difficult + made me feel like i was drowning. attendant said you just have to get used to it. i learned there is a Bi-Pap, which stops airflow on the exhale. dr garg fought with me on the phone + said no, he only writes prescription for C-pap. i won the argument but he dropped me + said don't come back!

Very unprofessional. My husband and I were 1st time patient and made the appointment for 1:00 pm and when we got there were about 20 people in the waiting room. I asked if all the people were ahead of me and they said yes. I asked how can that be if he doctor not get into 1:00 and I have a 1:00 appointment wouldn’t I be the 1st appointment? They said they all have 1:00 appointments. It appears the doctor is booking as many patients as possible to make as much money as possible.

1. If you've just recieved government assistance for insurance. Change your PCP as soon as possible. You're wasting your life here. 2. Time is money. You will wait a minimum of an hour and a half to be seen. Imagine the maximum. 3. You want to stay healthy? You're actually getting worse from not being able to be patient. 4. His staff is not aggressive or reliable enough for preauthorization so you will experience run-a-arounds. Meeting appointment that will need to be rescheduled.

The staff is not courteous. First visit wait was 2 1/2 hours and I was only able to see the nurse practitioner. Although, my primary care physician highly recommended him, I've yet to meet him. They must overbook appointments, office has been crowded every time I've been. I've had to wait to even get parking ticket validated or picking up sleep study machine. Awful place. As soon as I finish this process, I'll ask for my records and find another pulmonologist, if needed.

Dr Garg saved my life. I went to 6 doctors about my problem but only he found the real issue and gave me the right medication. He knows how to take care of a patient and that is the most important thing.
