dr Raxval doesn't care about the patient, he is occupied with his own needs, several times he answered his cell phone while I was visiting him, took phone calls. Was in the hospital had many test but he couldn't spend 5 minutes to over the results and I was discharged.. when I had a follow up with my primary care doctor I was then told I hard heart failure.
